신입학·편입학 (all 학과; same for both tracks): One of: TOPIK level 3 or higher (score valid on/after 2027-03-02); 강원대 한국어연수과정 level 4 or higher completed; 사회통합프로그램 stage 3 or higher (or pre-test 61+); 세종학당 Korean 중급1 or higher (in-person certificates only). Graduation requires TOPIK level 4.
